世の中には、自分たちがいくら努力しても、気を揉んでも、手が届かずどうにもできないことがあります。
心配していたことが実際に起きて、気持ちが少しでもマイナスに向いてしまいそうなとき、私は「気を強く持つ」ということを意識しています。
良い方に向けていこうとする、自分の心から発する強いエネルギー、これを「祈り」というのだと思いますが、私は1日に何回も「世の中が良い方に転じていきますように」とお祈りをしています。
「念ぜば通じる」と言われるように、人間の祈りというものは、みんながひとつになった時に強いものだという話を聞いたことがあります。
小さい頃なにかで読んだのですが、地球に小さな隕石がぶつかりそうだというときに、全人類が真剣にぶつからないように祈ったら、それが逸れる可能性がある、と。
やはり「祈り」というのは、限りなく不可能に近いものを可能にしてくれる力があるような気がします。
私が追い詰められたり、土壇場の場面では、
「信じて疑う心なし」
と自分に何度も言い聞かせるようにしています。これもやはり「祈り」です。
「もうしんどいな、もう駄目かもしれない」と思っても、「いや、絶対に大丈夫。信じて疑う心なし」と、常にそれを口癖のように言ってきました。それで良い方に進むことができたのだと思います。
それぞれの「祈り」がエネルギーとなって、1人が2人、2人が4人、4人が8人、、、と増えていき、世界が良い方向へ進みはじめてほしいですね。

There are times when we can't do anything about it, no matter how hard we try or how much we care about it.
When something I was worried about actually happened and my feelings seemed to turn negative, I am conscious of "having a strong spirit."
I think that the strong energy that emanates from one's heart, which is trying to turn to the better, is called "prayer." I pray many times a day, "May the world turn to the better."
I've heard that human prayer is strong when everyone is united, just as there is a saying, "If you think hard, it will come true."
When I was little, I read that when a small meteorite is about to hit the earth, if all human beings pray seriously not to hit it, it may deviate.
After all, I feel that "prayer" has the power to make things that are almost impossible possible.
"Believe and have no doubt"
I try to say this word to myself many times when I'm cornered. This is also "prayer".
Even though I thought, "It's a pain, maybe it's no good anymore," I always said it like a habit, saying, "No, it's absolutely okay. I don't have any doubts about it." I think that was the way to go for the better.
I hope that each "prayer" will become energy, and the number of people will increase to 2, 2 for 4, 4 for 8, and so on, and the world will begin to move in the right direction.
