Seasonal Letter, July: “Don’t forget to smile—even when folding laundry”

Jigenji Temple – Seasonal Letters “Don’t forget to smile—even when folding laundry”

On sunny days, let's do the laundry — and while we're at it, let's wash our hearts clean too.

There's something so refreshing about watching clothes flutter in the summer breeze under a clear blue sky.

[ Monthly Words ]

Even if I have to force it a little, smiling somehow lifts my spirits.

When you make an effort to smile, even the most ordinary things start to feel enjoyable.
