Letter June "Limited property"

― 今月の大阿闍梨のひと言 ―

塩沼亮潤 「寄りそう心」より

It's June. It's a turning point for a year.

When I think about the time that has passed 365 days a year, I realize that time is a finite asset.

Our lives are the same. Limited property.

In Akiu, hydrangea flowers will shine, and if it rains, they will show even more glamorous beauty.

[Monthly Word]

During the ten years from the age of twenty-three to the age of thirty-two, one-third of the year was spent in the mountains of nature and devoted to training.

In the mountains where no one is there, there is no one to talk to, and no one can help you in difficult situations. Because it is in the wilderness, even if you get injured or sick, you cannot go to the hospital for four months walking in the mountains.

When I live like that, I feel like I'm alive by something, not alive.

In the morning, I am grateful to be awake and breathing, and I am filled with the feeling of gratitude for being in this world.
