お天気の良い日は洗濯をして、心もきれいさっぱり洗いましょう。
夏の日、青空にたなびく洗濯物は見ていて気持ちがいいものですね。

洗濯物たたみのときは笑顔を意識するようにしています。少々無理やりにでも笑っていると、なんだか楽しい気分になってきます。
笑顔を心がけると、どんなことでも自然と楽しくなります。

On sunny days, let's do the laundry — and while we're at it, let's wash our hearts clean too.
There's something so refreshing about watching clothes flutter in the summer breeze under a clear blue sky.

When I fold the laundry, I try to keep a smile on my face.
Even if I have to force it a little, smiling somehow lifts my spirits.
