「桃花水（とうかすい）」。
なんとも美しい響きをもつ言葉ですね。
桃の花が咲く頃、雪や氷が溶けてあふれんばかりに流れる川の水をさす言葉です。
東北はもう少し先になりますが、今時季から桃の花が咲き始めるところもあるでしょう。
川の水に運ばれ、甘やかな春の香りが皆さまのもとへ届きますように…。
