Jigenji Temple – Seasonal Letters “Faith Enough”

Whenever we see a small child close their eyes and press their tiny hands together in front of the temple hall, we can’t help but smile.
Let us make room for a quiet moment of prayer in the midst of our ordinary days.

― This Month’s Word from the Grand Acharya ―

– This Month’s Words from the Daiajari –
To me, faith simply means doing good and refraining from wrongdoing as I go through each day. When I wake up in the morning, I put my hands together and say, “Please watch over me again today.” Before I go to sleep at night, I offer a silent prayer: “Thank you for today.” That alone, I believe, is faith enough.
