Jigen-ji Temple: Seasonal Newsletter 「"Keeping At It"」

At the end of the day, the moment you lower yourself into the bath,
the tension drains out of your body and a long, easy sigh slips out. It happens every single day,
and yet it never stops feeling like a small reward — a quiet way of saying, well done, you got through another one.

― This Month’s Word from the Grand Acharya ―

The right water temperature, the right length of a soak — these are different for everyone. What matters is finding the kind of bath that genuinely feels good to you, and then making it part of your daily rhythm and staying with it, day after day. From Kurashi no Shiokagen by Ryojun Shionuma
