Letter August "Heart"
蓮の花の美しさは奥深いものがありますね。
泥より出て泥に染まらず。美しく、気高く咲く花。
早朝に開き、一枚、また一枚と花びらが散っていく様は慈悲の心に目覚める姿ともいわれます。
生きていればいろいろなことがありますが、美しいものを愛で、美しい心で生きていきたいものです。

どんな嫌なことでも忘れきり、あらゆる執着を捨てきり、
決して憎しみの心を持たず、許しきることにより、心の安寧が授かります。

Get out of the mud and not be stained with mud. A flower that blooms beautifully and noblely.
It is said that the flower that opens early in the morning and the petals falling one by one symbolizes the awakening of a compassionate heart.
There are many things in life, but I want to live with love for beautiful things and a beautiful heart.
